Cooking Classes
Dr. Smita appeared on Fox life TV Show with Master chef and Michelin Star Chef Vikas Khanna and a picture with him cooking with ger which I will share with you and also like to place a video of Air Asia promotion in programme "Hot Heads" in which they have shown us in dinner with a local family.
The cooking classes are actual hands on experience of cooking, learning about Authentic Indian recipes and spices used in day today home kitchen under the expert guidance under Dr. Smita Kulshreshtha who teaches home science to college girls where she takes regular cookery practicals. she is one of the most qualified teachers holding a Ph.D degree in Food and Nutrition and has vast experience of cooking. The participants are given printed recipes of food they cook and are actually allowed to cook as against demonstration classes held by non qualified tutors.
